Interpretation to the Quality Policy:

Excellent Products:

By right of strong technical force, advanced production technology, cutting-edge equipment and excellent staff, we are to obtain the certificate of ISO/TS16949 (version 2009) by the end of the year. Thanks to our advantage in auto parts industry, we have mastered good methods on process control. I hope every staff does his job well and makes quality products to meet customer demands.

 

Satisfied Customers:

Customers include internal customers and external customers. The former are the ones accepting your products or service. The next process can also be considered to be the customer of the precedent process. All the staff "must not accept, make and/or pass disqualified products." Similarly, the external customers are God. We should respect and meet customer demands and listen to their complaints, and offer good after-sales service.

 

Continuous Improvement:

We are not contented with the achievements; instead, on the basis of these achievements, we must continuously reflect, improve and progress, in order to improve our work and service quality, reduce costs and improve efficiency. All employees should keep the quality policy in mind, and supervise each other accordingly.
